Are you currently a qualified Hairdressing Trainer/Assessor or want to become one deliveringpractical & theory based training to our Intermediate and Advanced Apprentices.
You will work in partnership with the Academy team to ensure the apprentices complete theirapprenticeship in a timely manner. There will be a requirement to visit salons where apprenticeswork to carry out reviews with employers and occasionally make observations of work carried out by them.
You must be a qualified Hairdresser up to NVQ Level 3, and ideally have previous experience in asimilar role and possess relevant assessor and teaching qualifications to work in the work basedlearning field.
Above all, the successful applicant will have the ambition to drive up quality and performance intheir academy. Successfu l candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and possess their own caras some travel in the region is required at times.
Salary - £17k |

Dimensions Training Solutions are looking to recruit a tutor to work 4 days a week in our Leeds citycentre academy delivering Hair & some basic Beauty qualifications to learners aged 16-18.
These students are either NEET or not yet ready to under-take an Apprenticeship. This programme isdesigned to prepare them to progress onto a Hairdressing apprenticeship.
Candidates must be qualified Hairdressers up to NVQ Level 2 or ideally level3 and possess relevantteaching qualifications, working towards or be prepared to work towards. Experience of workingwith this type of cohort of learners and from Schemes of Work and Lessons plans is an essential partof the role. NCP parking tokens are provided to all staff.

Qualifications that are to delivered will range from Entry 3, Ieveil to VRQ level 2 in Hair & Beauty.Tutors will have experience of working from Schemes of Work and Lessons plans and will beexpected to demonstrate th is at interview.
