Hairdressing Apprenticeship Leeds

At Dimensions Training Solutions we feel strongly that the best place to learn the practical skills needed to be a great stylist is in the commercial salon. Apprentices who attend our Leeds Hairdressing Training Academy spend most of their time in the salon and visit our Leeds Hairdressing Training Academy to learn the theory and underpinning knowledge included within their qualifications as well as some of the practical skills.

In addition to our team of qualified Hairdressing Apprenticeship Trainers and Hairdressing Apprenticeship Assessors, we also have a team of Skills for Life Tutors who are available to help those learners who need assistance with the Functional Skills element of the Apprenticeship.

Hairdressing Apprenticeships have been around for hundreds of years and parents and employers know that an Apprenticeship is by far the best way to train and learn the practical skills required within a career such as Hairdressing. Today’s Hairdressing Apprenticeships combine the best of traditional Hairdressing with the best aspects of modern training systems.

Each Hairdressing Apprentice with Dimensions Training Solutions will be employed in a salon from day one and receive a training wage.

Apprenticeships are the Government’s flagship vocational training route. Apprentices trained by Dimensions Training Solutions will become tomorrow’s technicians, supervisors, salon managers and high flying stylists. Apprenticeships include Hairdressing NVQ Diploma Level 2 and Advanced Apprenticeships NVQ Diploma Level 3. All hairdressing Apprenticeships include Functional Skills in English and Maths.
