Overview 

Training Solutions is part of the Dimensions Group which was originally formed in 1973 and has been responsible for the training of 1,000’s of hairdressers over the past years.

Many of our trainees, have gone on to own their own salons employing young hairdressers that we are  now training.

The business is still run by its family owners, all who are hairdressers themselves and feel passionate about the industry. Young  people who join our programmes can be sure of the best possible start in hairdressing which could lead to them having their own salon in a few years time.

Our team of around 40 staff including Hairdressing Trainers, Skills For Life Tutors, Learner & Employer Engagement Officers, Administrators, Quality Improvement Officers, Managers & Directors, is quite simply, the largest and most experienced team of professionals engaged in the delivery of hairdressing training in Yorkshire.
